The original project is modified according to engineering analysis results, which brings it to the next stage – prototype (test sample) designing. This stage is necessary for equipment operation adjustment and analysis as well as for assembly procedure refinement. Prototyping is used to define ways and methods to optimize production and minimize manufacturing costs.

Following tasks are handled by prototyping:

  • Ergonomics evaluation.
  • Device appearance evaluation.
  • Functionality evaluation.
  • Data capturing for construction refinement while assembling.
  • Unequivocal procedures duration evaluation.

Apart from aforementioned, this stage allows us to pattern necessary equipment for subsequent mass production, which enhances manufacturing process. The created prototype is studied and tested by developers, the Customer and end users. According to the test results, necessary adjustments of the product are conducted and a decision for mass production is made.
